Refund policy
At CosIQ, we meticulously formulate each product to provide optimal and transparent results. We trust that you will cherish our products as much as we do. However, should you wish to return a product, kindly contact us, and we will handle the process seamlessly for you.
Refunds or replacements are strictly available under the following circumstances:
1.) You received an incorrect shipment.
2.) You received a damaged product.
3.) You received an expired product.
If any of the above scenarios apply, you must initiate your return/replacement request within 10 (ten) days from the delivery date by emailing us at care@mycosiq.com
. Requests raised beyond this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Once we receive your request, please allow up to 48 hours for review and approval. If approved, our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup directly from your doorstep. After the returned product reaches our warehouse, our service team will conduct a thorough quality check. If the issue reported is validated, a refund will be processed within 24 hours or a replacement will be dispatched accordingly.
Note (Exceptions):
In cases where the return or replacement request does not fall under the above-listed circumstances, a return shipping fee of ₹100/- will be applicable and borne by the customer. For such requests, you must share clear images of the product in sealed and intact condition with the original plastic packaging. Once the images are verified, our team will arrange the return shipment. Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse and successful quality check, the replacement will be initiated. In case of a refund, the amount will be processed after deducting the return shipping fee of ₹100/-

Please Note:
- Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Some items can't be returned, including perishables, custom or personalized products, and certain personal care goods. We also can't accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, reach out to us.
- All sales of perfumes and body mists are final; we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
• Refunds for Packaged Products:
- If you purchase a combo of two or more products and wish to return one product, the return amount credited will be according to the price of one item and not the combo pack. For example, if you buy a two-pack of Vitamin C for ₹1499 and return one of them, then your refund will be (combo value) ₹1499 - ₹999 (single product value) = ₹500. This applies to all categories and combo packs on the website.
