I ordered the Cos-IQ Underarm Roll On Serum for Women, 40ml on 29th September and made the payment. I received an email and message stating that the expected delivery date was Friday, October 10, along with tracking details from Shiprocket - Shadowfax.

However, I never received the product. Despite multiple attempts to contact the delivery agency, I received no response. As of 30th October, I’m still waiting — no product, no refund, and no proper communication.

It’s very disappointing to lose money and not receive the order. And now, being asked to review a product I never got makes it even worse.
